When are your parties held?
Party scheduling is dependent upon Academy Classes and our Cartoon Camp schedules. Late afternoon on weekdays and afternoon on weekends are usually available. Call the studio at to book your party.
How far in advance of the scheduled party time can we arrive?
We strongly request that you arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the party. It makes setting up the party much easier for us if we're not trying to work around the guests.
Do you have a refrigerator, freezer and sink?
Yes.
What ages are your parties intended for?
Content is altered for children, teens, adults and senior parties. Activities are always age appropriate.
Who runs the parties?
Guy Gilchrist's staff conduct all the parties. If Guy is available, he is there.
Can I drop all the kids off and come back in two hours to pick them up?
No. Although such occurrences are rare, parents are responsible for any out of the ordinary behavior problems, and for adherence to the rules so there must be a minimum of one parent at the party. The parent(s) "on duty" is also responsible for making arrangements to get any child home that is not picked up when the party is over.
How far in advance should I book a party?
Reservations are recommended 1 month in advance. Some dates may be available with less notice, please inquire.
What should I bring to the party?
If you choose Guy Gilchrist's Cartoonist's Academy to provide pizza, cake, etc., just bring the kids!! Otherwise you should bring the cake, candles & beverages. We have a lighter, cake server, plates, etc.
